I would like to be remembered as someone who used whatever talent she had to do her work to the very best of her ability
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Trusted partners have been the backbone of my journey, personally and professionally.
As a former ultra-marathon runner, experienced business leader and executive coach to senior-level professionals over the last 15 years, I’ve come to know that thriving in leadership, and in life, requires trusted partnership. Trusted partnership enables us to push past our comfort zones, pivot more effectively and transcend perceived limitations in order to achieve our greatest ambitions. I know from firsthand experience the value of partnering with a Professional Coach to support people to perform at their best; I’ve worked with a Professional Coach for the majority of my career. In today’s ever-changing, complex, fast paced world, it is my passion to partner with people as their Coach to help them thrive at work.
Equipped with recent firsthand leadership and business operating experience, and over 15 years of in-depth corporate coaching, Stephanie supports her clients to thrive in their new world of work.
She has coached new and established leaders, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, to leverage the unique qualities that set them apart, and take the strategic steps necessary for them to excel in their professional lives. She partners with her clients to reflect upon their conflicting challenges, refine their goals, establish a tailored plan and get them to where they want to be, faster.
Stephanie has a wealth of work experience in diverse, top leadership roles, spanning the Professional Services, Education and Technology sectors. Her experience ranges from running her own coaching business for senior-level professionals, to working as a Senior Consultant for Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, to progressing in a global corporate training firm from a Master Facilitator for Fortune 100 companies, ultimately to the Managing Director. As Managing Director, she successfully led the business’ turnaround during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On a personal note, in 2008, she ran 11,000 miles around North America to inspire environmental action for her charity, Run for One Planet. With funds raised during the run tour, she founded and now manages a legacy fund which provides grants to youth-driven environmental initiatives in Canada. For her efforts, His Excellency the Right Honorable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, awarded her the Meritorious Service Medal in 2016.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School. After graduating from Coach U’s Advanced Coaching Program, she earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in 2010.
