Organizations don’t transform; people do.
I truly believe that work can be a place of joy when people are connected by a common purpose and shared values, and I feel privileged to be part of an organization that holds that same view. I am inspired by the meaningful transformations our clients are committed to making in their organizations, and I am passionate about creating measurable impact for and with them.
As VP, Culture & Resilience at Radiant, Allie holds complementary roles that share a common goal: working to create high-performing organizations in which leaders and teams can thrive. Allie builds client partnerships through her thoughtful attention to detail, attentive consideration of stakeholders, and a solutions-focused mindset. Her ability to synthesize complex information to deliver a clear and cohesive message is an asset in delivering strategic communications and building alignment across teams.
Prior to joining Radiant on a full-time basis, Allie worked with Jennifer Collins and Carol Faull in a contract role, supporting various culture transformation and leadership development programs. Allie’s previous professional positions included a role as program manager for a series of not-for-profit leadership development workshops, for which she coordinated all facets of the program, including conceptualizing and executing marketing and communications strategies.
Allie draws on her undergraduate education in sociology and social anthropology extensively in her role leading Radiant’s Culture practice. Particularly, her strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods enables her to analyze assessment outcomes to provide clients with informative and insightful data. Most importantly for Allie, this work serves as the foundation upon which organizations build a sustainable strategy to transform their culture and leadership. Allie is also a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner, and brings her change management and change leadership expertise to both Radiant’s Culture and Resilience practices.
