Michelle obtained her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University. Initially thinking she would go down the medical school route, she quickly pivoted into the financial banking space. How that happened? That's a story for another time. Michelle has been a business analyst for the past 7 years focusing on business development, strategic planning and financial analysis. During her time in the banking sector, Michelle found it important and meaningful to bring a human element to the workspace. Michelle was part of the initial team that launched a wellness committee within a bank that focused on providing a safe and enjoyable environment for over 10,000 employees to unplug and unwind. This initiative sparked Michelle's quest to search for a workplace that embodied a focus on healthy workplace culture and environment, which luckily brought her to Radiant. Michelle is so excited and grateful to be joining the Radiant team and cannot wait to see what this next chapter has in store.
