I’ve always been able to see the best in others. As a coach I have the privilege of helping clients to see the best in themselves. I have coached executives, lawyers, consultants and entrepreneurs. Through coaching I provide leaders with space to reflect and create growth no matter what stage of their careers they are at.
Having received coaching through Radiant. While I was in an executive leadership role, I have a client’s perspective on the transformative power coaching. I use that experience to support my partnership with clients on their journeys.
Mary-Ann is an executive and leadership coach certified with the International Coaching Federation.
She has over 25 years of combined experience as a lawyer, mediator and public sector leader. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Queen’s University and has a Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Mary-Ann is committed to workplace and individual wellbeing. She has advocated for employee mental health supports, led employee engagement initiatives and is trained in mental health first aid. She currently serves as a Community Board member for the Northumberland Hills Hospital.
