I believe that success at the workplace comes from a combination of hard work and self-awareness. It is easy to fall into the wrong path when we are not aware of our own skills and limitations. At Radiant, I found the balance I was searching for. My goal is to help others find this balance through our practices and resources.

Originally born and raised in Colombia, Juliana has always been passionate about science. Soon after immigrating to Canada, Juliana started working in customer service and administrative roles. After graduating with an advanced diploma in Biotechnology, Juliana joined Toronto Research Chemicals where she began her career in Office Management and Human Resources. Juliana thereafter decided to explore the real estate industry, working for the National Investment Team at CBRE as their Operations and Transactions Manager. Juliana has over four years of experience in both sales and leasing transactions, as well as in operations and marketing. She has coordinated projects, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively from beginning to end, while implementing new methods for business development.

Throughout her career, Juliana has enhanced her ability to adapt and learn quickly - skills that make her a strong and integral part of the Radiant Team. As the Project Coordinator, Leadership, Juliana works closely with Sina Truong, providing him with the necessary support for the Leadership Practice. Juliana strives to make a difference on people’s lives. She goes above and beyond to ensure that Radiant's practices and values create a positive impact for the team and her clients.
