Like all great adventures, the leadership mission can sometimes feel hard and lonely, but it can also be an exhilarating, fun, profoundly meaningful, and rewarding experience. If you’ve been called to leadership, to rally a team around a vision that strives for better performance, you’ve been offered the privilege and opportunity to make an impact in your corner of the world. And how amazing is that?! So … what are your intentions? What do you want to achieve? How do you want to show up? What support do you need to get there?

I was lucky in my business career to have had two wonderful mentors, but I never had the advantage of a coach, someone who was there just for me, without any agenda other than my wellbeing and development. I might not have made different decisions, but I believe a coach would have helped me lead with greater ease, awareness, and confidence, with positive spillovers to my teams.
At a time when our world is hungry for authentic leadership, my purpose is to support leaders to understand and express themselves better; to free themselves from default settings of limiting beliefs and perspectives; and to muscle-build their own capacity for resiliency, courage, and a stronger sense of purpose.
