During coaching conversations, she delves deeply into root causes for clients to gain valuable insights into their beliefs and assumptions. Born and raised in China, Hang has spent the majority of her adult life living and working in North America. Working with clients worldwide from diverse cultural backgrounds, her personal and professional experiences contribute to a deep understanding of cultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusion. Her coaching approach is rooted in ontology, incorporating corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, international perspectives, and somatic practice. Hang holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Masters in Accounting.
