Anne Rose is a credentialed coach, speaker and author. She focuses on the interrelated areas of leadership, communications and personal development. Anne has been coaching and leading training sessions in Canada, the United States, Britain and Mexico in both the profit and not for profit sectors.
She works with people to improve leadership skills, create authentic communication, and increase professional and personal success. She has been providing Leadership Coaching since 1999. She is author of Ignite!. Anne’s next book is due out in 2023.
Anne’s approach to coaching is based on the Co-Active Coaching model. Anne blends this approach with the tools used in training and provides a comprehensive coaching service. Objectives are clearly identified at the beginning of the coaching relationship, and through weekly calls and meetings, these objectives become reality and performance increases and enhancements occur. Clients report achieving 95% or greater of their objectives in 3 months or less.
Anne has held various positions within the business world including Director and Senior Manager. She has been a faculty member at Canadian Management Centre for over 25 years. Anne has also been faculty/facilitator/coach at Waterloo Management Education Centre (WATMEC), Conestoga College, George Brown College and Seneca College and Schulich School of Business.
She studied Business and Psychology at York University and achieved her Honours Business at Seneca College. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Professional Coach (PCC), active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Master trainer in Wiley’s DiSC program, as well as other certifications and designations in coaching and training. Anne also holds the Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
Using her professional skills, she has held positions including President, Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) South Western Chapter, CSTD Board Member, CSTD Marketplace member and Board Member for The Seneca College Business Advisory Committee.
She has been interviewed and quoted in the Globe and Mail Newspaper several times, Chatelaine Magazine, Metro Newspaper, Seneca’s Alumni Magazine, and Administrative Assistants Update Magazine, as well as being interviewed on the radio.
