I believe that an organization’s culture is made up of individuals. My purpose is fueled by my passion to help individuals overcome their fears and limiting beliefs to be able to show up fully for themselves and others thereby helping cultivate an empowering and inclusive culture for those they are responsible for while working together to achieve personal and organizational goals.

Amrita’s professional background spans over 20 years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development and executive coaching. Prior to beginning her journey as a coach, Amrita held executive-level roles within the financial services industry. Amrita is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 3000 hours of coaching experience. She has supported over 200 leaders across levels from senior managers up to CXOs and numerous leadership teams in various industries and across geographies including Canada, US, Asia, Europe, and UK. Amrita is a Prosci change management practitioner and a certified assessor for various leadership and team assessments including the Hogan, Birkman, MBTI, FIRO-B and Team Management Profile.

Amrita’s supports leaders through a compassionate yet results driven approach geared towards building alignment between the organization’s strategic priorities, purpose, and vision and those of the individual leaders and their teams. In working with her clients, Amrita leverages her own strategic leadership experience as well as the extensive experience of coaching other leaders and teams, to assess gaps, build awareness and clarity, and create accountability towards forward action, while enabling personal wellbeing and the capability to cultivate an inclusive and supportive culture.
