From my teenage experience working in our family tourist business, through senior executive positions in the Canadian and global telecom industry, and nearly twenty years as a management consultant working across five continents, I have always been fascinated and motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of employees in their workplace.

My focus on analyzing and architecting organizational culture has always been in service of elevating and connecting employees to themselves, each other, and ultimately, linking their personal purpose to the organization’s mission to achieve their collective potential.

Through her former career as a telecommunications executive, launching and leading mobile phone start ups in Canada, India, Romania, Brazil, and the UK, Carol gained a profound understanding and appreciation of diverse nationalities and workplace cultures that she now brings to her consulting work in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Carol’s current work with leaders and organizations is built on her affiliation and client work with McKinsey and Company’s Performance Leadership practice from 2004 to 2015.

As an accredited facilitator, tutor and executive coach, Carol has successfully applied proven methodologies – leveraging cutting-edge research in the fields of physiology, psychology, and sociology – in her client work, focused on measuring and aligning organizational culture, including vision, purpose, and core values development as well as strategy and top team effectiveness initiatives.
